Brian Evans is the chief financial officer and administrative vice president of Brigham Young University. He came to BYU in 2000 after nine years as a partner in the San Francisco office of an international consulting firm. Brother Evans received a degree in accounting from BYU and an MBA from Oregon State University.
During the 1970s he served a mission to southern Chile and married his wife, Sharlene, in 1978 in the Oakland Temple.
